Funding for research and innovation from the budgets of different levels

Funding for research conducted by the University and scientific organizations, is a subdivision of the University), as well as the implementation of innovative activities carried out by the budget of the Russian Federation and budgets of different levels, allocated for fundamental and exploratory research issledova¬ny and extra-budgetary funds coming from different University sources.



Extrabudgetary funding research and innovation activities are:

• funds received from organizations, enterprises and institutions to perform research and development of the University of economic contracts;
• means of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, Russian Foundation for Technological Development, Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology and other federal funds;
• Fund research and development activities of the State Committee of Russia, the centralized fund of stabilization and development of the Russian State Committee for Higher Education allocated for projects on a competitive basis;
• special funds allocated by international scientific foundations and organizations;
• centralized funds University, formed by contributions made by its constituent units, enterprises, institutions and organizations, and from the implementation of various activities;
• donations of sponsors, donations of legal entities and individuals, including foreign partners;
• other legitimate sources.

University concludes economic contracts with customers to perform fundamental and applied research, development and technological developments, conducting innovative activities in order to create the scientific and technical products.

Funding for applied research, experimental design and technological development of the means the customer is based on the agreements for the establishment of (transfer) of scientific and technical products. Negotiable price for scientific and technical products is determined by agreement of the parties.

To perform the scientific work funded from the federal budget and economic agreements, including on the terms concurrently, attracted faculty, research staff, management and other employees of the university, as well as enterprises, institutions and organizations irrespective of ownership os¬novnoy free from work time.
